We moved hiring to where candidates already are.
We’ve watched great candidates go quiet because a form took too long.
We’ve watched recruiters spend their whole day chasing replies instead of talking to people.
We’ve watched interviews get missed over a job-portal notification nobody saw.
We’ve watched hiring teams do everything right and still lose the candidate to silence.
So we built HRIA - hiring that happens on WhatsApp, where everyone already is.
A letter from Dinesh, CTO.
I’ve watched good candidates fall out of pipelines for reasons that had nothing to do with their fit - a scheduling thread that stalled, feedback that never got written up, a req where nobody could say what stage anyone was in.
HRIA exists to close those gaps. It scores résumés, runs structured screens, schedules, takes interview notes and answers pipeline questions in plain language. What it doesn’t do is decide who to hire.
We’re deliberate about that boundary, and we test against it.
