Please see Our Privacy Policy to understand the other ways in which We use registered users' Personal Information/Data that We collect on or through access of Our Platform.

Any capitalised terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings assigned to them in Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

When You visit Our Platform, We use Cookies (detailed below) to collect information about You. We do not use Cookies to read any other information on Your device's hard drive.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are a standard feature of the Platform. When You visit Our Platform, We shall store small amounts of data (i.e., text files) ("Cookies") on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device which You use to access Our Platform, to remember certain information about You, such as Your preferences, login information, or such other information as required by Us. We shall not use Cookies to read any other information on Your computer, mobile device, or any other device which You use to access Our Platform. We also use Cookies to help Us learn which areas of the Platform are useful and which need improvement, and to improve Your overall experience by, for example, tailoring content to Your preferences.

How Do We Use Cookies?

Our Platform sets both First Party Cookies and Third Party Cookies. Cookies set by the Platform owner (in this case, Us) are called "First Party Cookies". Cookies set by parties other than Us (i.e., a server located outside the domain of the Platform) are called "Third Party Cookies".

We use First Party and Third-Party Cookies for several reasons, including to improve the performance of Our Platform, to keep You securely signed in to Your Account, and to provide enhanced functionalities such as interview scheduling and candidate pipeline views. Certain third parties may also set Cookies through Our Platform for analytics purposes. Further information about Our Cookie usage is provided below under the various cookie categories.

What Cookies Do We Use?

We use the following categories of Cookies on Our Platform. You can learn more about each category below.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These Cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off in Our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions taken by You that amount to a request for Services, such as logging in to Your recruiter or candidate Account, setting Your privacy preferences, or filling in application forms. You can set Your browser to block or alert You about these Cookies, but some parts of the Platform (such as signing in or submitting an application through hria.io or hria.in) will then not work.

Performance Cookies

These Cookies allow Us to count visits and traffic sources so We can measure and improve the performance of Our Platform. They help Us understand which pages of hria.io and hria.in are most and least visited and how visitors move around the Platform. All information these Cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If You do not allow these Cookies, We will not know when You have visited Our Platform and will not be able to monitor and improve its performance.

Functional Cookies

These Cookies enable the Platform to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering language or display preferences, or maintaining the state of a multi-step form (for example, a job application or onboarding flow). They may be set by Us or by third-party providers whose services We have integrated into Our Platform. If You do not allow these Cookies, some or all of the Services may not function properly.

Targeting/Analytics Cookies

Where enabled, these Cookies may be set through Our Platform by analytics or marketing partners to help Us understand engagement with our website and marketing content, such as which job postings or landing pages are performing well. HRIA does not use these Cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles of candidates for third-party advertising purposes. If You do not allow these Cookies, this will not affect Your ability to apply for a job or use the core Services.

List of Cookies used by Us

We shall periodically monitor which Cookies are used through Our Platform and update the cookie list available via Our cookie preference centre/cookie settings accordingly.

How Can You Manage Cookies?

You can choose whether to accept Cookies by changing the settings on Your browser, or by using the cookie preference centre available through Our cookie banner or cookie settings on hria.io and hria.in. If You disable Functional, Performance, or Targeting/Analytics Cookies, Your experience on the Platform may be diminished and some non-essential features may not work as intended. In addition, You have the right to refuse or accept Cookies from the Platform at any time by adjusting Your browser settings so that it notifies You when Cookies are sent, or so that it refuses Cookies altogether. The help function within Your browser will explain how to do this. Please be aware that if Strictly Necessary Cookies are disabled, core features of the Platform, such as signing in or submitting a job application, may not operate as intended.

Google Analytics

Our Platform may use Cookies for Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). For more information about Google Analytics' Cookies, please visit https://support.google.com/analytics/?hl=en#topic=10737980.

Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about Your visits to the Platform is restricted by the Google Privacy Policy, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Google has developed the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If You want to opt out of Google Analytics, You can download and install the add-on for Your browser by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.

Cookies Related to Google and Zoho Integrations

Where a Client's recruiter connects a Google or Zoho account to HRIA for calendar and meeting scheduling (as described in Our Privacy Policy), authentication session cookies may be set by Google or Zoho as part of their own sign-in flow. These are governed by Google's and Zoho's respective cookie and privacy policies, and are not controlled by HRIA.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When We update it, We will notify You by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Cookie Policy and posting the new Cookie Policy, along with any other notice required by Applicable Law.
